Grice Consulting Group was responsible for evaluating the existing facilities (roadways and intersections) for traffic operations and safety analysis improvements. The firm developed a variety of alternatives and conceptual design recommendations to improve existing facilities; analyzed signal operations within project boundaries to recommend existing traffic signal improvements; and analyzed existing and projected LOS for studied roadways and intersections countywide.

Grice Consulting Group also collected and analyzed existing conditions, performed intersection analysis, prepared a traffic study report, and made a formal presentation to the County staff, the District Commissioner and to the public/neighborhood stakeholders.
